I realize that not every athlete wants to WIN the race. A lot of us just want to finish the race. As the executive of a large company with a busy travel schedule along with my family responsibilities, I know firsthand how hard it can be to fit several hours of daily training into an already busy life.
Taking this reality in consideration, my
monthly training plans
are designed for beginner triathletes who want to step up to the Half IRONMAN® 70.3 or IRONMAN® 140.6 distance. With me as your coach, I’ll be there to provide you all the knowledge and resources to get you across the finish line.
